I am glad you bought the bass. Very good playing. Singing was nice too though I think you could improve the chorus part by singing with a less strained voice. I think the bass guitar could be louder in the mix but I listened through my koss headphones so I might be wrong. Very nice.

I couldn't hear the bass at all.  Vocal was a bit far back.  Good start.  I listened on good monitors  and Sennheiser phones and heard no bass.

Same here (listened on H-phones)......I couldn't hear the bass at all (I actually thought this was just 2 guitars, drums & vocals). The guitar playing is pretty good and very close to the original. I also thought the drums sounded very muffled and could be much brighter. With a little bit of tweaking on the instruments to show more clarity would improve this greatly.....and yes, the bass needs to be brought up a lot in the mix. There's a lot of potential in this.....keep up the good work!!

This isn't  my cuppa any more although at one time it was all I listened to. The guitar playing is good. Great song construction. Just needs a few of the tweaks already mentioned to make it  a really punchy hard hitting song.
I'm guessing some EQ adjustments here and there. If you have separate channels on the drum kit I would make more of a presence with the drums by adjusting the EQ. If you'r using reverb sends maybe back off of those. Maybe your mixing in a bass heavy environment or in a place with a lot of bass re enforcement via the walls? If so, you are mixing too little bass. Try mixing at lower volumes if you're not doing that. Get closer to your monitors and see if you can get more bass detail. Headphones are another option when mixing bass.
