Both Lounge Lizard and Pianoteq pianos are very good. But underrated is the Arturia Wurley that is part of the V Collection. That thing is really nice.  And NI's Scarbee pianos are also very good. I'm easy to please, I guess.
Back in the day my favorite electric piano software was a free one: Mr. Ray. Anyone remember that? Man, I loved that thing, I think somehow I lost it during a hard drive crash or something. But it was killer, and totally free. Those were the days.

Mr. Ray is still available as part of the Legacy package:  http://www.genuinesoundware.com/?a=showproduct&b=37

Oh they are all wonderful. And you can even get the new Arturia Wurli in preset form within Analog Lab 2, a free upgrade for Analog Lab users.
But above all, the king, nay, the emperor of electric pianos is GospelMusicians' Neo-Soul.
THAT is my desert island one.

Yup...Neo Soul is killer diller...but not as tweakable as LL4 or the Pianoteq seems to be. UVs Tines Anthology, also good as is their new Tines 88. Many times I'll stack a couple to get my desired sound.
