has anyone got soundforge to show up in x2 pro, running win 7 64 bit? i really miss being able to use these soundforge f/x. i love the way sonar x2 runs in 64 bit, just wish i could use my go to plugins without xing out and going into 32 bit mode.

They are 32 bit DX plugins and are not supported by a 64 bit Sonar.

Not even with Bit-Bridging? Not that I EVER want to use Bit-Bridging again. WHEW!

Bitbridge is for VST and VSTi only.  You can wrap the DX plugins in a DX to VST wrapper and then use bitbrige to load them into Sonar

it's worth asking, because i get numerous 32 bit plugins to show up and i also get soundforge 9 to show up in my menu bar at the top of sonar 64 bit. also the new soundforge 10 says (new lol) it runs at a 64 bit floating rate? is this good news at all or just fluff. has anyone heard if soundforge 11 will take the plunge and be totally compatible in 64 bit mode? sorry to ask so many SF questions on this board, but lets face it. sonar x2 forums rock. it always seems i get some good help here. and SF and cakewalk have always worked great together in the past. been using them both sense cakewalk 6 in 97.

does anybody use this technique for using soundforge plugins in real time sonar x2 64 bit? can anyone confirm this?

I have not used the VST wrappers for some time. I have read a few success stories of VST wrapped 32bit DX plugins in 64bit SONAR but I do not recall any reports using VST wrapped SoundForge FX.

I can confirm that SF9 does run from the 64bit X2 Utility menu.
