Answer to Aries question : @ least Sweden is also affected.
This is not the 1:st time this exact problem occurs - an explanation why?

Hi Aries,i have opened a thread for CC estore problems.Two days ago i have received an email with an advice from Cake support to create an encrypted email account to send my sensitive data to resolve my "card not approved" problem. For curiosity i have tried another time before send my email and.....boom...i have purchased CA2A with my CC with any problems,perfect transition.I have informed the Cake support immediatly and i'm waiting their replay.Maybe the Cake Support managers have worked to fix this,i hope.
