  • Apply a V-Vocal Correction to Multiple Tracks

I often record instruments on several tracks, for example, I record acoustic bass with one mic on the body and another in front of an amp.  I keep the tracks separate, rather than as a stereo pair of one track, so that I can apply Fx, etc separately in the mix.  When I use V-Vocal to correct pitches, I find I must apply it separately to each track.  As this is, at best, tedious work, is there any way to make a correction on one of the tracks and apply it to the other?  This would, b the way, eliminate pitch errors that arise when one does a manual correction of notes, by applying identical corrections to each.

No, you can't use V-Vocal in that way.

Not easily, anyway.

Melodyne Studio would be just the ticket, TD. It'll let you edit multiple tracks in one window, perfect for when you have to match them up in time and pitch.

As this is bass so will end up in a centered mono mix, I would mix the 2 tracks together and go at it.
