Thanks for asking! Yep, Amazon has a great pre-order price at the moment.

I've got the book info up on my site as well as all the current purchase locations, although its probably up on other various retail sites as well.

The book is currently in the hands of the publisher and they are doing their editing/publishing/distribution thing. As far as I know, the current release date is end of March, so it's almost here! That's also just an estimate, so it could be sooner.

Good news is that all chapters will be in print/eBook (so no download PDF chapters to deal with) and coverage is current up to SONAR X2a.
