Forget the purgatory suspension of disbelief...I got hung up on the question of where you buy cigarettes in the afterlife. I suppose having to work in a 7-11 could be someone's punishment for a life wasted.
 
The music fits well, though, and is 100x better than that actresses' performance. Good job, pb!

Maybe he had them with him when he died... Probably not many clothing shops either what with all the angels and stuff flying around all naked. :-)

David, this is very creative and thought provoking.  The score was perfect for the video.  I kind of believe in pugatory, except I think we may be in it now.

Thanks Lynn. Glad you liked it. I don't know what I believe but hopefully in my next life I stick to piano and guitar lessons when I'm a kid instead of spending all my time playing videogames :-)

I don't get it man? And I was raised Cathartic? I kept waiting for the song, and it never came :-(
 
(I still don't believe in Purgatory... I think it was invented to soak $$ out of people by the church. But I can think that? Because I was raised in that church.)

It's certainly a unique take on the idea, and I don't believe was taken from any one religion's interpretation of the idea.
 
That being said, it's not a music video my friend. It's a short film... My music was only meant to support what's happening on screen... However the feedback on the score has been so good that I might consider eventually going back to it and maybe making a song version of it for one of my albums :-)

I've heard your music. You're a talented musician? You should post music. I've been trying for some time to do so, but it gets harder and harder to do so. If you post or not? You should play... That's the secret. Play and enjoy? And if you can post, all that much better, but play! Pick up that guitar, pick up that bass, sit down behind that keyboard "and play."
