Makes sense.  If you bought directly from EastWest they would have control of that.
My purchases on the European Amazon clearance are not tied to my EastWest account so I have to wait till the box arrives.

If you placed an order with Soundsonline you will find your tracking number in your account. Go to your account and click on "See Orders". There you will see your tracking number. I placed my order on May 17th and still have not received an email, but my tracking number in my account shows that my order has been shipped. Hope this is the same with your order.
 
Click on "Document Number", and scroll down you sales page. There again is the tracking that you can click on to see if it has been shipped.




Thanks for the heads up. I checked my account, and it does say now that items were shipped on May 17, but there is no tracking number listed in that area or the rest of the page. When I talked to tech support, they told me that I would receive an email when the items shipped. I haven't received an email. When I go to the order page, there is a grey box on the left hand side that says "Status: Pending Fulfillment". If they did send it on the 17th, then hopefully it arrives tomorrow.

So, 10 days after my account was marked "Actual Ship Date May 17", I still don't have a delivery or tracking number.

Yeah, East West support can be lacking at times. When I bought EWSO Gold, I thought I was going to be banned from their forum, I was upset about how hard it was to get the thing running and licensed. Fortunately they have improved. sorry you're having a hard time. what can I say? They're very, well, West Coast...

Sorry to hear that your package is delayed. I just received mine on the 25th, Symphonic Choirs Plainum, one day earlier than the tracking number stated. I thought all is well until I tried to authorize it. I keep getting an error warning stating that the authorization code could not be found. What? I just ordered it directly from Soundsonline, what do you mean code could not be found? I just opened a case to support for help. I thought this would be load, authorize and go. Not so, waiting for a response from support.

Did you get the updated pdf showing how to authorize the box serial? It was very specific on how to authorize. Apparently, it's changed from earlier procedures. You authorize using the Installation Center.

Yes, I tried to authorize it with the "Installation Center" and still get the same error message "code could not be found". I tried this several times. Now I'm waiting to hear from support.

According to the updated instructions, you have to load all the samples into the library and authorization comes later. I'd copy/paste from the pdf, but I'm at work until late tonight.
