15 days and counting. No delivery. No email with tracking number, and three unanswered support requests asking for an actual shipping date with tracking number. 

So, East West completely screwed me. 20 days(!) after the sale, they finally answer my support requests for a tracking number to tell me that they are out of discs, no more will be printed, and they want 50.00 on top of the 565.00 that I already spent to put it on a hard drive and send it to me. Screw these people. I will NEVER buy an East West product again.

Did you pay $565 for Platinum Plus and the Choirs ? Seems a lot to me. Anyway, you're able to download the Gold version of Choirs and Orchestra with the Installation Center. Symphonic Orchestra Gold (or your "Plus") is only 33 GB.

It was half off, and far less than the upgrade they were offering me. I'd rather pay more and own what I want to use than have a subscription and things I don't use as much. Seriously, it's the worst customer and delivery service I've ever encountered.

Sounds bad indeed. I can only say that all went well in my case. Ordered a lot of stuff. Support was always great, especially Joey Medina. Maybe you should try to contact him at  licensing@eastwestsounds.com

I agree with Fleer, contact Joey Medina. He helped me with authorizing EWQL Symphonic Choir.

And, they made it right! They're going to ship me the products on the hard drive and not charge me. Never thought it would take a month, but I'll be glad to have them to use. I really like their products and want to use them.
