No. In any case a new installation of Sonar Platinum needs an activation which can only be done by the registered owner.

Selling on your serial number is against the terms of the EULA. Cakewalk will not transfer serial numbers between accounts.
 
Despite the current situation, we cannot condone software piracy or actions specifically forbidden by the EULA.
