I know theres a way but I can't find it. How do I resize all tracks at once?

Press Ctrl+Up/Down Arrow. Up Arrow makes tracks smaller and Down Arrow makes them bigger... vertically. I think that's what you're looking for, right?

You can also select tracks and then Shift+drag the bottom of a track in the track list to resize the selected tracks.

I like to have as many 'one finger' keyboard shortcuts as possible in SONAR - I find it especially useful when I'm tracking guitar and bass.

I've customised my shortcuts so that the four arrow keys control the four zoom controls so the ↓ key expands all tracks vertically, the ↑ key contracts all tracks vertically, the → key zooms in horizontally and the ← key zooms out horizontally.
