I know theres a way but I can't find it. How do I resize all tracks at once?

Press Ctrl+Up/Down Arrow. Up Arrow makes tracks smaller and Down Arrow makes them bigger... vertically. I think that's what you're looking for, right?

You can also select tracks and then Shift+drag the bottom of a track in the track list to resize the selected tracks.

Hi Bob

I like to have as many 'one finger' keyboard shortcuts as possible in SONAR - I find it especially useful when I'm tracking guitar and bass.

I've customised my shortcuts so that the four arrow keys control the four zoom controls so the key expands all tracks vertically, the key contracts all tracks vertically, the key zooms in horizontally and the key zooms out horizontally.

Just an idea!
