Definitely not. Just want to make sure I've got myself ready for a non stop month of studying. Kind of another reason why I figured I'd better take a little break from the manual. Don't want the old noodle to pop. I need that fer thinkin'.  ;-)

Pentagon is a great learnbing synth because all the controls are visible withiout digging through menus.  The vodoer function on it is somewnha tso-so and as others have pooited out,  some of the patches are boobie traps.  I striongly suggest you place a limiter on any track you place pentago on before you play a note.

Does Pentagon have 64 bit support? I was thinking about trying it myself...I have never messed with Pentagon, truthfully...

Yes - It a 64 bit DXI.  Just stay away from the "Valley" effects in the simulator section. There is a know issue which can cause silence if you are fortunate an loud bursts of noise if you are not. I suggest putting a limiter on the track before browsing patches.
