Anyone know how to get around this??
 
When I run the installer (as Admin), it gets to the "where do you want to install this" page but instead of the interface shown in the docs (path choices) it's all blank and says something about "read the messages below before installing (or something, I can't remember word for word) but there is NOTHING in the pane below (no browse to directory, no messages....)
 
The only thing you can do is click Next (or back) and it says it installed but it's just confused at this point, then exits.
 
I do not have my Vsti plugin (Session Drummer 3) under my Cakewalk install on my C: drive. I chose to install them on my D: drive.
 
This is REALLY frustrating!! Nothing like hearing an awesome "kit", getting excited, dropping the $$, and then....NOT being able to use it, instead stuck playing games and wasting time....  :(

I'd suggest putting in a support request with Platinum Samples.

You could just let the files install in the default location and manually integrate them into the Session Drummer 3 Contents directories.

Sounds like you don't have Session Drummer 3 installed and the installer can't find the paths in the registry
