Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but if Sonar wants to help with workflow please have a batch processing for bouncing midi tracks.
If I split up a drum midi track into multiple tracks, and bounce each track it can take up to 2 minutes a track. I could go eat, instead of babysitting my bounces.

It does- Select them all! Select them all and bounce. Sometimes, I don't even split a midi track up into seperte tracks. Bouncing the whole thing will do it for you.
Very simple-now go eat. :-)
