Okay since my reload of EVERYTHING
What was the trick to get the Transport to stop at the end of a project?
All projects just keep on chugging along until I stop it.

Found it
Dang terminology was woopin' mu butt
[Track view] Options > Stop at Project End
When this option is checked, playback will automatically stop after the last event in the project is
reached. When this option is unchecked, playback will continue beyond the end of the project and
playback can also be started in an empty project.
