Window sucks balls and Sonar is way too good for it. I couldn’t stand mac people for years until I realized how terrble Windows is. Fatal exceptions, blue screens, this doesn’t work with that, this driver is outdated, blaaahhhhh. Windows sucks so much that they made an entire OS so terrible (W8) that they had to give away W10 for free.

Windows LITERALLY still has the same damn problems it had when I bought my first Gateway twenty years ago. People, especially since around iphone 3 or 4 have been gradually shifting toward Mac, ESPECIALLY music people like us. Sonar should really just abandon Windows and relaunch as a competitor to Logic because it really is way better than Logic.

I use sonar and logic. I would hardly say it's way better than logic. I prefer sonar, but i am simply more comfortable with it. Logic does have features sonar doesnt. Although i am more comfortable in sonar, there is not enough of a difference to rationalize any mac user switching, especially considering sonar costs more.

For some maybe.............I have been running CW on windows since the early 90's. I have run Sonar, ALL of them. I am on win 8.1x64 and have ZERO issuies.
You know, being a retired tech and having started with Macs, I have grown so tired of this my computer can beat up your computer BS. 
Each has it's upsides and downsides. Period. They are "different" not better or worse. Just my 2 cents

I feel the same. I use pcs, macs, linux amd even chromebooks daily. My windows pc crashes no more than my mac

Well lets think about this, what is a computer be it a, Mac, PC, Main Frame, Mini, etc, etc,

It is a high speed moron doing incredibly stupid things very fast.

Same here.  Still on Win 8.1.  Rock-solid, zero issues.  For YEARS.  The Windows OS'es must be very different in our parallel universe.

Sonar on Windows 8.1 Totally Rock solid.
Most windows errors are due to poor/outdated audio interfaces or failing hardware.

Aye. In fact, blue screen failures, as mentioned in the OP, are quite specifically to do with hardware failure.

I'm totally happy with my Windows machine.

My hardware is fine.
