Never understood this exaggerated, drama-laden Windows bashing. I've used Windows forever and have never had a single major problem with it. Even through Vista. Never had a Sonar problem that was Windows' fault. I hear these people saying "Windows sucks" and reeling off a bunch of critical failures that I wonder what in the hell theyre doing with their machines to see so often.

We have at the moment 14 computers with Windows.
In the last 10 years we have never seen a crash or bluescreen.  Our computers run 24/365. Only restarting by an update or changing hardware.
The cause of the problems is mostly the one before the computer.

If the computer has only installed the software for work - no games and other stuff - Windows runs 24/365 without crashing or blue screen.

What's a crash?

Or a BSOD?

Haven't seen these for years

I think there’s a lot of lying going on in this thread.

And, by the way, I’m not doing ANYTHING to make these things happen. I click the save button and I get the Sonar Fault reporter. WTF? Crap like that.

If it makes you feel better to think that, have at it. I use multiple OS' so the OS debate means nothing to me. It sounds like you are having issues and projecting then to others.

Nobody is doubting your experience. Just don't share it.
