Hi- I'm using Sonar 8.5 Ableton has a way to chop audio clips into timed events like 1/4 notes for example, then it loads into a drum rack or something and basically put each event on a different key. This way when you play each event it stays in the same key, Unlike DropZone which plays the whole audio clip and changes pitch with the note change.
