Split Stereo Clip into 2 Mono Clips

Can anyone tell me how to split (or export) a stereo clip into 2 mono clips? I want to separate the left and right channels.

From the Tracks menu use the "Bounce to tracks(s)" function setting the Channel Format to "Split Mono"
