I've redeemed the All-Access Pass and received my email receipt.  But when I log into Groove3 and try to view videos, it asks me to purchase the video.  Anyone doing this successfully?

Same here. I wrote an email to the Groove3 support and they fixed it.

When you log in, you should be on the "My Products" page. In the "My Videos" sections there is a a button under "All-Access Pass" to "Watch Videos" If that is not what you screen looks like, you might want to contact Groove3 support.

It still won't work on any of my computers except my iPad where it only partially works...

Each video I've managed to play does so for the first 2/3 then stops playing...

...and to make matters worse, each of the videos I chose talked about all kinds of things that while of interest, were not the topic that it is listed as only to stop playing as the speaker seems to be ready to finally discuss the listed topic...

So I can't get anything really usefull from this myself and I've abandoned trying.... I'll learn more working than I will struggling to get this system operating...
