Did the redemption thang.  Got the confirmation email messages.
 
Click on the MY Products link and then the Watch Videos link which displays the player.
 
And all I get to view are the clips that are available to everyone.
 
All others are listed as NOT ORDERED    PURCHASE.
 
What am I not doing correctly?

When you went to My Products, do you see the icon that says ALL ACCESS PASS? 

Then click on the arrow next to Choose Products and you should have a long list of products to select from. Then do the same for Choose category and Choose Videos. 

Its only good for 30 days after you registered.

I had this problem, somehow the code did not register properly. I emailed them and they sorted it out pretty quick.

Same here.  I sent an email to them via their support page and it was fixed with a nice response within 10 minutes.  Very impressive...
