This is a good read. I have iLok for the Softtube Mix Bundle and the setup was fine and everything works great.  But I'm reading your various notes in here with interest in mental preparation for any additional products I may get that use iLok. Thanks everyone and sorry to hear what some of you have encountered.

Make sure you're using the 32 bit version of IE. The 64 bit version won't work with the site properly.

That said, I've had zero problems with the ilok site. All software running smoothly across several machines.

I was anti iLok for many years and resisted having to use it until EWQLSO had an offer which was too good to pass.

So I bit the bullet, bought & installed an ilok, and it's not presented a single problem.

Installed via 64 bit IE without a hitch

This is what I had to do to get iLok.com to work and my Antares plugs to work in Sonar.  I should let you know that eveything was working fine in Sonar untill after I demo'd Protools. After I removed Protools the problem occured.
