Use Chrome

No issues here at all...I have been able to access everything without a hitch.

so I tested it on another pc with windows 7 and IE 9 and everything's fine.
So I think it's the IE10, which have some problems to display the groove3-player.
Then I have to install Chrom or Firefox. What's better?

Most would say Chrome but I like Firefox because the security add ons are better. No harm in trying both and seeing what you prefer. Opera is another decent and secure web browser. Cheers.

Is anyone watching the video's on a Ipad 1? I can't get them to play all the way through. They stop buffering after a few minutes. It's ios5.1.1.
My Daw is not on line, I'm connecting the Ipad through my interface to listen through my monitors.

Timo - same here, doesn't work on win 8, IE 10 but does work good on Chrome installed on win 8.
I installed Chrome specifically to watch these videos.

now I installed Chrome and everything is fine. And Chrome is really very fast!
Thank you mikedocy for your post, now I now it is a general problem with the IE10 and not just mine.

I'm also having the problem where only the top 1/3 of the screen is showing with IE 10 on Windows 8. It plays fine on Win 7 and Vista using IE9 for me.

IE: try compatibility mode.

Chrome: no way to stop it from phoning home.  These guys are not our friends.

I would do that, but it's not possible to choose compatibility mode.
Usually, there is a little icon for this mode right to the adress bar, but not on groove3.com or the player.

Is it possible to choose compatibility mode another way?
