Hmm could you try free version of
VideoCapX
software, i think it will really great for your needs. I am using it 3 years already. For me its really nice pice of software.

I finally got IE10 working. Press F12 to show the developer window and set Browser Mode to IE10 and Document Mode to Quirks.

This didn't work on Win8 64-bit IE 10 for me... But installing Chrome did... :)
