2ndly I have successfully add a .dll Antares Harmony files to the fx bins

This is confusing.

You should right click the Fx bin on an audio track and then select Audio Fx and then select the effect from that list. It may be hiding in one of the folders so you have to check all of them if you don't see it right away. Also select Plug-In Layout and select Default All Plugins to make sure all installed effects are listed.

I just installed Antares Evo in my new computer this morning and had similar issues.  First I had to create a folder for the autotune dll file to sit within the vst folder.  It only had the dll file itself.  Then I added that folder to the scan search within the plugin manager. It's now working properly.

(I'm pretty dumb when it comes to computers so I might not be using the correct terminology...)

Well... The comment about the Antares was just to basically point out that I've loaded other plugins & they worked.

I still can't get it to show up as plugin...

The computer isn't attached to the Internet so, I'll try to take some video of what I'm do'n and post a link...

Did you notice the "Configure as tempo based effect"-part in Celemonys instructions?
