I can only get one subject from any of the videos. For example; under midi orchestration only woodwind section is listed. The is NOT full access.  Looks to me like all just an Advertisement.

Have you registered ? You have to set up an account first using some name and email address. You do not have to fill out the big form of personal information that is required for puchasing something.

Search using "Groove 3 All Access 30 day Pass ". You will find all the info you need and more.

Also the site doesn't seem to like Internet Explorer. I have to switch to Chrome to be able to work with the menu system.

Grum.

I have the same issue. Only a few items to watch under each major title.

It would help if you guys let us know what you've done so far in trying to watch the videos. We can then help you get further. For example, do you have a coupon code in your cakewalk account ? Have you created an account at groove3 ? Have you tried to redeem your coupon ?

Same issues.

The story so far.

  • Logged into my existing Groove 3 account.
  • Redeemed the code.
  • received an email entitled Groove 3 Inc.: Your order #******* has been processed
  • I can see the order in my account - status is processed, product is All-Access Pass, price is the access code from Cakewalk.
  • I can only see the videos I have previously purchased and the free/sample content.

Tried in IE and Firefox. The videos that are there work fine!

Edit - This was on Friday 20:51 GMT. Is there a manual process here and will it come good after the weekend?

I finally gave up...

They gave every effort to assist me, but the system will not play on any of my machines... and they don't know what might be causing it anymore than I do. we've tried all the typical issues such as cache and cookies, but when I finally select a video to watch, the system goes to loading and stays there forever....

So I guess I'll continue to learn the way I always have.... <sigh>

OK. There was a problem with certain sites last night and being able to access them. I got the same message on the other site too. I was really tired and didn't feel like messing with it so I went to watch TV. This morning no problems with any site. I'm using Chrome. One thing I have found is I have to log in every time to get to all the videos. That seems weird. That may be an issue with some. If you don't see your log in name at the top right you won't get all the videos just whatever the basic web page offers.
