Has Cake solved this one yet. In a couple of clicks I'd like to rename the project name, folder, files etc (e.g. When a musician suddenly decides to play something else at zero notice!).

save as?

Or you can just use Windows Explorer to rename the song file itself, say from OldName.cwp to NewName.cwp.  This won't rename the audio folder (or the actual audio files contained therein, I don' believe, but I don't know that you'd want to do that).

Thanks :) "Save As" stores another copy (not a rename). I wish Cake would allow this within their own UI. I believe you can easily do this in Pro Tools (seems such as basic thing to do). Sometimes you need to work fast, going into Explorer is not very efficient, often you need to close Cakewalk (down to file locking). Cheers...
