Support depends on whom you get in contact with. I got Craig and he wasn't helpful at all, rather unsympathetic and a bit rude.
To be more specific, I bought two Balance interfaces, at full price, both including an upgrade to the full new version of Reason. The first was registered some time ago and allowed me to upgrade as stipulated. When I wanted to register the second one, I was told the new upgrade wouldn't work because Balance is no longer a supported product. They could have simply stood by their product, but not only did they turn it into an "unsupported brick", they didn't even want to live up to their explicit upgrade promise. Furthermore, they killed their own forum. Guess I'll submit a consumer complaint in Sweden.
Edit: have to add that, in the end, Craig did come through and honored the Balance upgrade promise.
