A Roland XP-30. It has the same engine as the JV-1080, but also has actual playable keys.
I had one of those. For the price, it was pretty killer. I kept the Pop and and Bass & Drums cards, thinking I would sell them separately, but I still have them. I thought I was going to be composing in the box, but that still hasn't really happened. And I thought it would be nice to have an all in one workstation to capture ideas on the spot.
The Juno-G looked nice, being able record MIDI and a few tracks of audio. Still thinking about getting one of those used and matching it up with an SRX-07 board, but then everyone says go with a Fantom X instead, but then the price starts creeping up pretty quickly.
I do have a Yamaha An1x, which I'll hang on to until I get something which provides modeled or real analog sounds. I've learned my lesson selling things to get other newer things. There is always something you end up regretting.
If Roland would have included a modeled plugin with the Fantom X series, I'd have been all over that. Not even the Fantom G has that option...
