Using the multitrack version, I have an empty track open on Sonar with the Now time at the first measure.  I drag a Drums On Demand wav file onto that open track. The wav usually ends up at about measure 1200 or so. When I drag a Drums on Demand wav file that is not of the multitrack variety it ends up where the Now time is (like it should)  Any idea what's happening?
I also noticed the non Multitrack versions are at 14111 kps where the multitrack counterparts are at 2116 kps.

What is happening is that Sonar is reading the original time stamp in the WAV files and is placing the loops in the timeline based on this time code. There is a preference in the Global Options on the Audio Data tab., and it's called "Always Import Broadcast Waves at their Timestamp" that is checked by default. Uncheck it and your loops will obey your commands.
