Is there a way to upgrade from Sonar X2 Essentials to Studio? I don't want to buy essentials then buy studio. (For ex in Reason, if you buy essentials -$125- then you can get Reason 6.5 for-$325-)

Also-will PSR-e223 work as a MIDI Controller?

Yea, you can upgrade from any earlier version of sonar to the newest version of producer or studio

As for the MIDI controller, yea, it will work in sonar. Sonar excepts MIDI. So it will take any controller that has MIDI
