I installed Komplete Ultimate as a Soft Synth.
From the soft synth window (Komplete Kontrol) inside Sonar Producer, the sound quality is fine - in fact, it is so loud it distorts when browsing through sounds to hear what they sound like. But the sound's volume basically disappears within the MIDI window when used as part of a song. Even when I chase up all the possible loudness/volume settings I can find it is so soft it is useless. But testing it from within the Kontrol's soft synth window it sounds fine.
I did discover that within the soft synth rack of Komplete Kontrol, I could get the volume up - for example, for strings the knob for
Articulation - Dynamics does increase volume, and the sound then plays fine at first play. But the moment I roll again, it sets itself back to virtually no level again. Saving the sound within soft synth' Komplete Kontrol window as a Preset does not keep the settings.
Any suggesiton, please?
