Not any more Fog. They have an anti bot login now.

I think its fine to comment on the spamming here in this thread just lets not get into where its coming from or the ethnicity of the perpetrators.

As for me I am not as upset about it as I used to be. Yet it is not something I like. In a way I feel a little sorry for those engaged this sort of thing. Its not something they can be proud of.

I do not feel sorry for those that contract people to do this sort of thing though. Those are the ones that need to find a another way to make a living.

This forum surprises me with its willingness to do the right thing. I am very proud to be a member here. Thank you all.

Bump.....
Again, for those that just have to respond to the spammers.
You do know that they never check back to see if they got any responses right?
They hit and run so to speak.
So complaining to them about it in their thread is useless. Well actually it keeps the spam on top of all other posts which the spammers like.
So PLEASE don't post anything (except 'REPORTED' if you reported the thread to the mods) in the spam thread and it will fall away quickly.

Thanks for your support.

 John,

I just love the title of your thread here.

I see it multiple times daily and it just puts a smile on my face.

I cant stand the autobot spammers either or anyone that deals with that kinda stuff-ughhhh

Some forums use a system that you cannot post immediately. There is also a system where you cannot start a new thread until you have replied to a few.
You'll never see spam on the Cubase forum, you have to register your software to join, You also won't get help ha ha...

I was under the impression that you had to have a Sonar license to post on the forums. Is this incorrect?

No you don't. All you need is an email address.
