Hello Everyone-

I've been trying to get Dim Pro working for a few hours now, and I'm stuck. I've tried everything I could find on the forums and support site. I've cleared the registry, uninstalled and reinstalled (multiple times). The version is correct, the serial number is correct and it registers the way it's supposed to as well. It launches fine and it loads its samples fine. I just cannot get it to respond to anything (midi controller or pre-existing midi tracks.)

Sonar X2 PE 64 bit
Dim Pro 1.5 64 bit
Win 7 Pro 64 bit.

Other synths are fine, and X2 has been working fine. This is just the first time I tried to use Dim Pro since I upgraded. Does anybody have any other suggestions?

Thanks,
TB

Did you load a program?

I am not sure what you mean by "Not working".

Is it loading?
Does it launch?
Can't find it in the menu?
It's not being scanned by VST scanner?
Are you simply unable to get sound from it?

Sorry guys. "Not working" meant that everything behaved as normal except for Dim Pro. The midi track's meters indicated that signal was being sent to the synth, but the track with Dim Pro's meters displayed nothing. Routing was correct, etc., and of course no sound was being generated.

On the fourth re-install with registry cleansing, it mysteriously starting "working." I wish that I could share with everyone what I may have done differently to get it functioning, but I honestly don't think I did anything different.

Thanks John and Kevo.

Glad it's working for you!

Remember to backup your system drive once everything is confirmed to be working.  That way you can be sure of always having a working system and working configuration.
