more than anything I think I'd like to square up the drum tracks a little bit better. I did use a click, but I played them in physically on Roland synth, so they're just a tiny bit off here and there.

I think what I would try is to get the drums the way you want them, 

Then use the "Add clip to Pool" for the drums track and line everything up with that

Not sure how to do it with synths that arent audio clips but for Audio,

Select the track you want to use as timing,
1 Turn on Audio Transients on that track so they are visible
2 Right Click on the clip
3 Scroll down over "Pool"
4 Select "Add Clip to Pool"

Now you can apply it to other tracks to line them up to this track

1. Repeat 1, 2, & 3
2. Select "Quantize to Pool"
