Oh...Jim "Roseberry".  Not Jim "Rosenberry".  Jim "Rosenberry" and I went to kindergarten together.  He was the captain of my High School football team.  He was drafted along side me and ended up saving my life in Nam.  He's married to my sister.  I'm the Godfather of his three adorable children.  He's a saint.  Jim "Roseberry" on the other hand OWES ME MONEY!!!  Plus, he sweet-talked my Mother out of her life savings and spent it all at the track.  He's served hard time and is a member of the "Devil's Diciples" motorcycle gang.  He cheated on his SAT's.  He's never even bothered to register to vote!!  He never tips at Applebys.  Or Starbucks.  He's a real menace.  Are you talking about that guy??!!

Jim Roseberry
Thanks for the kind words folks!
Certainly appreciated...

You know, Jim Rosenberry actually emailed me once.
After being called by his name probably hundreds of times over the years, it was kind of a surreal moment.

I want to make it clear I have zero ownership in this business
(other than being a new very happy client)...

But every once in a while a person comes along who just provides stellar
above and beyond customer service.

Jim Roseberry at Studio Cat is that person. He's built my latest DAW for me,
and I cannot sing his praises enough.

It's truly rare when you find someone who provides an excellent product,
and then makes the effort and takes the time to truly stand behind it!

...and never once losing patience, or rushing me off the phone, etc.

He has been kind, attentive, responsive, patient, responsible and accountable,
as well as understanding my current issues, even anticipating future goals.

And he knows his business (and music production) - from the inside out.

He just ROCKS - plain and simple. He's one person I would feel confident recommending to anyone.

Thank you, Jim!

You're one in a million!

Man if this doesn't sound like the post I recently made praising Jim! I mentioned nearly everything you mentioned! Hahaha! I just sat here laughing to myself...that darn Jim, he really got it right. If he's not a rich man, he should be with the service, support and quality products he builds. Best of luck with your new pc sqye, and welcome to the Studio Cat family. :)

Hey olpal...how much of that is really true? You really serve in Nam? If so...I *bow* to you hero and thank you. :)

Nope...sorry Danny, ol pal.  That's just a bunch of gibberish for Jim's edification:-)  I'm no hero.  Unless you're talking deli sandwich in which case I'm beef tongue on whole wheat.  And for anyone else that might have taken me (half) seriously.  I HEART JIM ROSEBERRY!

I actually thought this was Danny's thread from a couple of weeks ago. Almost exactly the same.

Kudos to Jim for being a true professional.

Olpal...I bow to you anyway Sir because you're a good guy. :) Really enjoyed your music....I posted about it in some thread a while back...not sure you ever saw it, but I just wanted to tell you again. Really good, well seasoned stuff. :)

Storm: I know, I thought I was reading myself for a second there! Hahaha! Yeah, I can't say enough about Jim really. I've built quite a few pc's myself....I'm glad I didn't build this one and I really didn't have the time to mess with all the stuff. He's got the patience of Job I tell ya. ;)

John
I did serve in Viet Nam as a grunt with the 25th div. I was also in the invasion of Cambodia. I do not like it when someone claims service when they never served. If Olpal was in Viet Nam I salute him. If he was simply making a joke then he is a true jerk.

How did we get from thanking Jim to Vietnam?

John where were you stationed?  Cu Chi,  Tay Ninh?

I was a grunt 1968 in the 25th Inf.  and YoRoPal no way do I take offense
at your humor.

But I have noticed your humor does seem a lot funnier when I'm on my
'mood elevators'.
