  • Since CW (Roland) are now partnered with Overloud how about licensing the BOSS pedal line?

I think it would be cool to have a dual effort put towards getting all the BOSS effects pedals and units into an expansion pack for TH2. I've always loved BOSS pedals and Overloud seems to do a great job of duplicating hardware. Seems like a no brainer.

Who's with me? Would you guitar guys pay for something like that?

Cheers.

I used MT-2's for years and my current one is a Keeley mod. I had a Blues Driver for a while and sorely miss it. The best hardware tuner I've ever owned is the TU-2 but obviously that's not an effect... but maybe they could do something that too because the TH2 tuner kind of blows.

If I had the money I'd buy one of the GT pedal boards but they be expensive.

Heh... I just replied to that. I haven't played through the 100 but I've played through an older one. They smoke.

Almost all the Boss effects have already been "COSMed" so it should be real easy to do other dsp distribution package formats.

The smart guys in the Boss division may be reluctant to place their proprietary dsp mathematics on computers that are hooked up to the internet.

Makes me wonder if they sued the companies that were modding the pedals. I can't find Keeley mods anywhere now. When I bought mine they were all over the place.

The VS-20 comes with 36 Genuine Boss effects that have COSM modeling already.

Watch the videos it has some kind of GUI that looks like a boss floor board.

I'm with you beepster. I think it may be available someday. All we can do is ask right?
