I've never used P5, but I would think that its nearly $450 price tag would allow someone to expect better MIDI capabilities than a program costing less than half as much...

I agree 100%...Even my old Cakewalk 5.0 for DOS has that capability, but HS doesn't. I think that's an underhanded way to get people to pay for their other software, especially customers like me who have been Cakewalk users since the DOS days. This is yet one more reason why I'm spending more time using the Linux based "Studio To Go" package from ferventsoftware.com instead of paying for more HS upgrades...

It will be beter that events can export to a excle file and inport back after editing. I am seeking tools. MIDI DisAssembler??
