Thank you for your nice comments evadianepug. I have problems with mixing. I don't quite hear what sounds balanced. Drums I can put louder. I just noticed that I had made a typo. I meant that my timing is pretty sloppy so I have to fix played stuff afterwards and I don't put any swing to my music. I should try to humanize my stuff.

Thanks to your tips guys, I have (hopefully) improved my track. The mix is, I think, more balanced and I changed the drum sample with the SI-drum kit. I made also some small melody changes, but I'm not sure if they are noticeable. Again, comments welcome.

Here is yet another version. I put the backing instruments bit louder in the mix. Otherwise identical with the earlier version.

i just listened to the last version, and agree with the above that it's a nicely done tune.   The mix is a bit "distant" as Warren mentioned, but I think that's something to work with over time.   The more important thing IMHO is to have something to work with in the first place.

Thank you stevec for your nice comment. I hope I will be able to make 'closer' mixes in the future. I'm soon putting a new tune online and I think, atm, that it has a bit better chorus. Thanks again guys for your help with my tunes.

I like this - not typically the kind of thing I would listen to - but this kept my interest - nice mix - good playing.
