My screen does not show the same details as yours. As I said I do not have the promo details on it. Why, I don't know but if I'm not eligible for what ever reason, why send me the promo e-mail in the first place??
I earlier sent a message direct to Cakewalk Customer Support but their reply said it might take up to 2 days before I get a reply.
It looks like I will have to give up on this. Never mind.

UPDATE: After posting the above message, I decided again for the final time to log on to my store page and
voila the promo detail was there. I have been logging in and out all night hoping that it would show and it finally it arrived before the midnight deadline. Thank you CW and everyone else. I can now celebrate the New Year in about an hour. I hope you all have a Happy New Year. Thanks
