Take a several tracks where you have set the colors in the inspector, select them, process and remove the silence.
 
All the track colors revert to default. Then you have to reset them ALL!!!

Yes, actually a source of annoyance with me as well . . . I set some bright and cheerful colors to clips in the inspector, to color code different tracks, then whenever I bounce to clips or process the clips, they revert back to the default Sonar greyness, leaving me with that feeling that time has been wasted.

That is a major bummer. I hate wasted effort. 

I don't think it's wasted effort but just annoying that I keep having to make extra effort. What happened to workflow?

I seem ot remember this in older versions of Sonar as well. Unless my alzheimers is akting up agen.

You may need help. I've been using Sonar since 3 and this is the first time this has ever happened.
