Hi guys
I've been trying to find some simple answers but unfortunately, not found any yet.
I have Sonar x1 producer expanded installed on win7.
I've installed X2 over X1 and now I have two general folders, one for X1 ( and content stuff) and other for X2 (again more content stuff), becomes a bit confusing.
Should I instal Sonar X2 over X1? Or uninstal X1 previously? Because, I'm a bit confused. If X2 brings the same content stuff of X1, do I need to have installed X1?
How can I turn it simple?
Help, please?

X2 does not install "over" X1, it's a completely separate installation BUT they both access a shared folder where certain settings & plugins are shared by whatever versions of Sonar are on your computer.

If you attempt to remove X1 you might well break something in X2 so leave it where it is - the hard disc space it takes up is negligible.

I know that X2 brings new content stuff, but does bring also the same as X1?
I could have installed X2, without having x1, am I right?

Do not uninstall ANY previous versions of Sonar. Ever.

X2 has updates for some of the items.
