1. The keyboard in PRV no longer shows which notes I'm playing.

2. When I launch Sonar and load a recent project from the Open a Recent Project menu, the project opens with its MultiDock also opened, although I created a screenset that hides it. (This happens only when I go straight to Open a Recent Project after launching Sonar).

Please don't tell me it's just me because I already have one issue (MIDI track cloning error) that's happening to just me... 

Did you lock the Screenset?

Yes, all my screensets are locked.

So I guess no one else is having these issues...

To my knowledge, PRV only shows you the notes when inserting new ones, not when it's playing.
 
For screensets, try UNlocking them, save, close, and reopen Sonar. Sonar is supposed to remember the last screen layout when saved.

My explanation on the first issue was probably misleading.....sorry. What I wanted to say is that, in the original X2, when I played my MIDI keyboard I saw corresponding black and white keys on the virtual keyboard in the PRV also played (highlighted).

As for screensets, I'd rather live with the issue than unlocking them. I hide MultiDock and x-ray 2 most frequently-used VSTis completely (make them invisible) in my main screenset (locked). But all of them are visible when I launch Sonar and go straight to Open a Recent Project (the x-rayed VSTis always come visible, when switching back from a different screenset, for example).

I guess it's time to contact tech support...

Is your  "Aim Assist" activated? (in Edit menu)

Yes, the blue (horizontal) and black (vertical) lines are displayed in the PRV all right.
