I think it used the code for a generic free pass authorization.

Yeah, it looks like that.  I tried all sorts of things at first, not know really what I was supposed to be doing.  Thought I had to fill in the huge form for purchases, then discovered that I only had to register as a user.  My code got used up along the way.  I know I entered it multiple times until it started telling me is was no longer active.
 
I hope they get back to me quickly, the clock is maybe ticking away...

You might have missed the last step which is to click "submit order".
Afterwards, an invoice page (with Total: $0.00) is issued and you're good to go.

stonehedge and others - I just got a reply from groove3 and they've fixed my account. I now am able to view the videos. I'm happy ! I have a feeling a lot of things I have to do in the next 30 days won't get done...

Bah! They just give you a few videos from a restricted subset of offerings. Good for preview purposes if you've never bought anything from Groove3, but hardly a boon to anyone. The free-battery-a-month club at Radio Shack was more useful.

I haven't seen any restrictions - everything appears to be available for viewing (green arrows next to the vids).

Like Paul P, I too have been fixed by a nice person named Tony from Groove3. All is well and enjoying watching the video clips. Everything is available. Anyone having problems should definitely contact them. They are very quick to respond.

The Ozone 5 videos are just what the doctor ordered - useful and concise.
