you still have to buy the videos even if you bought an "access" pass , if you want to watch them offline / locally (much like cakewalk sells them)

but with the pass , you can watch them online for a year any amount of times as long as the pass is valid

I am in Watch Video area. It wants me to download unless I click on "Only Show Full Access" in the lower right. When I do I can view videos but Sonar X2 is not in the list (X1 is)

Worked on the first try for me.  Logged in and watch a couple of the videos.

SH...don't check "Only Show Full Access".  Click on the top dropdown menu.  X2 is listed there.  Then choose what category in the next drop down menu....then the subject in the last drop down menu.

I think maybe you guys are clicking on all access pass-You click on watch videos-That's it and you get them all.

That's what I did at first, no "only show full access" check X2 to watch, then says to purchase. Then it take me to checkout to charge $40. The only thing I can click on is a link that says "Purchase"

Once you log in...click on the "Watch Videos" tab.

Then when the viewer window pops up....click on the first dropdown menu and scroll down to choose what product you're looking for.  Then use the other dropdown menus to choose the subject.

Once you choose it...it automatically loads and plays.

I had some hang ups trying too get my login accepted but I have full access to all of the videos.

That's what I did.  The last step "choose it" is only one link option... "Purchase".
I think I may have a problem with my Groove3 account.  I have a support request in for them.
