SH...I just logged back in and checked.

Once you log in...click on the "Watch Videos" tab.

Then when the viewer window pops up....click on the first dropdown menu and scroll down to choose what product you're looking for.  Then use the other dropdown menus to choose the subject.

Once you choose it...it automatically loads and plays.
Could you please tell me what it says in your Account's Order History ?
 
Mine says I bought something called "," for 0$ to which my cakeway coupon code was applied for 0$ for a total of 0$.  When I select a video by following what you describe I only get "not ordered" and "purchase" as options for each vid.
 
If I try to redeem my code again it says the coupon is "not active".

Are you referring to my Cakewalk Account or the Groove3 account order history?

My Cakewalk account doesn't show anything in the order history....just shows the redemption code and a place to click to redeem it.

The Groove3 account shows my purchase in the order history...but shows my "order #" and says processed....and shows a total of $0.00.

SH....it does sound like you have a problem with your account.  Once you log in, you can move your mouse over "My Account" and a drop down menu will show up.  Click on "Order History" and see what it says.

I was talking about the Groove3 account.  Does your order history say what you bought ?  Mine just says ","  (comma) for 0$ with proper coupon code applied.

Right SH i'm with you,it's wrong for me.I have done all for access,but nothing.I have a groove3 mail for my account.I have emailed to Groove 3 support.Best.

Um... are any of you guys having problems by chance using a script blocker like NoScript or Ghostery? That can block videos sometimes. You have to "Allow" all scripts (different script blockers use different terms) or pick through the blocked list until you find the right combo of URLs. For example youtube won't work unless you Allow youtube.com AND ytimg.com. Other sites host their vids on places like dovetail or cloudfront. 

Just a thought.

Don't think so, my email receipt said 'All Access Pass'.
As far as blockers... when I click on "Only Show Full Access" in the lower right, I can view videos but Sonar X2 is not in the list (X1 is)
