PRV Freeze Button

Would it be nice to have a track freeze button on the Track List Pane of the PRV?

Seems like it would speed work flow when editing frozen tracks as PRV is rendered mute when they're frozen.

I look at it as a freeze of the synth not the MIDI track. Not sure how that might screw up a new user either if one were there.

A MIDI track is usually assigned to a Synth track so they're tied to the same FREEZE button.

You can also have the synth track in the Track List if that's a better place for the Freeze button.

Not really I have hardware synths and use them still. A freeze would do nothing except confuse the heck out of me.

I guess what I was trying to get at is freeze is used to effect audio not MIDI. When you freeze a synth the MIDI is muted but otherwise not effected.

Right John. Been a while since I used outbard gear so didn't think that far. I've been sampling my hardware synth sounds so I can go mobile with them. Still they aren't as good as the real thing.
