Hi guys, thanks again for the advice and support. We've tried another mix with the guitar both left and right and attach our efforts below;

Our next song is taking over our efforts at the moment so this will be the last mix of this one from us but its been great to have your comments and tips regarding mixing.

Thanks again for listening!

The song's melody is very good and nice playing. The guitar sounds slightly distorted, which felt bit wrong on my system. Also I'm not too fond of the many  'if I never'-lines, but most people will love this I believe.

GaltieriBrothers,

Nice track, you are listening to the good advice you are getting.   Started from the top and listened through your different iterations based on forum feedback.    Quite an improvement, the performance overall was quite good from the start but the mix was distracting from it.   Really enjoyable performance.

Sound much better!!!  I love that vocal melody!  It has a early 1960's feel to it.

That's a huge improvement. Much better balance in this mix.
As kakku noted, there is a weird distortion on the center guitar, most noticeable from 0:30 to 1:10.
You might be getting some cross talk from the bass in the same space.
Step away from it for a while, but I think the song is good enough to warrant one more pass at the mix.
You're 90% there.
In mixing, as in racing, that last 10% takes 50% of the effort. I believe some very minor adjustments near the center could really make this song pop.
Don't get me wrong, this is a dramatic improvement over the initial version.
Take a break from it, but don't walk away from it.
What you learn dialing this one in will have a positive impact on future projects, and it is very much worth the time.

As others have pointed out the mix has issues.  The lead vocal is also out of tune in places.  You don't have to sound like Cher, but there's really no excuse for not retracking those parts or whipping out the digital fix and using it judiciously.
