Seriously I looked around and I can't find out a way to make a subdrop/bass drop in sonar. I record mainly metal and sometimes this is helpful but when I want to make a drop that goes with the key of the song it's hard to do it in sonar. I downloaded samples to do it but there's not sine wave generator or anything like that in sonar it seems. Can anyone help me with this?

I don't know what a subdrop/bass drop is.

but there is a sine wave generator available to you.  in your list of synths, you should have (I think) pentagon I available.  it is a softsynth which can be tweaked like a real analog synth with oscillators and filters.

I could be wrong, this one might not be free with the version you have.  if that's the case, you can use SQUARE I, which is free even if you don't have it.  Square I is more difficult to program, IMO, because the shape is not defined on the face, it's only defined by what you hear.  but if you don't have it available, you can download it for free from the cakewalk e-store.
