Hi, I am a total noob (never used DAW before) and just joined. I just bought Essential X1 with a free upgrade to X2 before Dec 31st. The first thing I did was search for "tutorials" and there was plenty of mention but I could not find any links to these tutorials. Where are they please? Or do they mean the paid video tutorials? Also If I buy the video tutes will they still be helpful for the basic Essential version? And lastly, does anyone know of a chart where I can see at a glance what Producer, Studio and Essential inlcudes, and what the differences are? thanks a lot

There are tutorials in the user documentation.
There are also videos http://www.cakewalk.com/CakeTV/ and many more at Youtube.
The comparison chart is here http://www.cakewalk.com/p...ONAR-X2-comp-chart.pdf

The forum software is old. Messages created with current versions of Firefox do not retain their formatting unless you insert the HTML tags by hand. There are a variety of other solutions; use an older version of Firefox, Firefox addons like IE Tab or another browser.

And the upcoming SONAR X2 Power! book can help you learn the software: http://www.garrigus.com/?SONARX2Power

Thanks Rabeach and Scook.

Thanks Bristol_Jonesy,  I have changed to Chrome for this site only (don't like how it increases the size of pics as well as text).

Garrigus, thanks. Your videos are very good, but I only saw a bit. Is there a way to make them full screen please?

Fast BikerBoy, thank you. Your videos are excellent. Subscribed!

Thanks guys for all your help. Can't wait to get started.
